Cats

So I’ve taken my cat here a few times. The customer service goes above and beyond; they are so helpful and cheery when you talk to someone. The vets there make sure to talk you through everything, give multiple options if available, and always work in the animals best interests, but have also been very budget-conscious as well. They’ve given me a breakdown of the costs as they’ve done each part of treatment so there’s no nasty surprises at the end. That being said, I would have to say they’re very affordable as far as vets are concerned and especially for the care they give. We have vets more local, but I think Ryedale vets suppasses them all and it’s definitely worth coming here.

Absolutely cannot recommend this vets enough. Had an appointment with Katie for a health check as I was unsure if to give the routine vaccinations. (My boy is very nervous and reactive to some dogs.) At no point did I feel pressured into doing anything. The pros and cons were discussed so I could make an informed decision. I’m absolutely happy to make the 1 and 1/2 round trip moving forward. Katie was also very patient, I don’t even think Blaze realised he’d been examined 🤣
2 days later my cat suffered a cut to her eye. I arrived just as they were due to close, and it was no trouble at all and again I didn’t feel rushed, all the staff go out of their way to put you at ease. Thank you to all the team.
